We use to get Baramundi fillets delivered each week @ $35+ a kg ..... I decided to try these to save some money and we were super impressed ...... not too fishy and the kids happily eat them ...... we rub a bit of salt into the fish them roll them in flour (stops them from sticking to the pan and gives a nice coat) ....... they are sustainably fished and from New Zealand and only cost $11.99kg ........ AWESOME!!!
